As licensed commercial and industrial land surveyors in Minnesota, Wisconsin, South Dakota, North Dakota, and Arizona, we perform a variety of services; such as ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Boundary/Cadastral Surveys, Location Surveys, Topographic Surveys and Mapping, Preliminary and Final Plats, and Registered Land Surveys. We are prepared to work throughout the entire states of Minnesota, Wisconsin, South Dakota, North Dakota and Arizona.
Arlee Carlson, one of our principals, is a Certified Federal Land Surveyor (CFedS) Certified by the United States Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management to perform and prepare boundary surveys within Federal Trust Land (Indian Reservations) and Bureau of Land Management property.
