Sunde Land Surveying has extensive knowledge in the platting and boundary survey laws of Minnesota, Wisconsin and Arizona.
Equipment Specifications
In the field, we currently use 2 Topcon Robotic Total Stations Model 8205, 7 Topcon RTK Global Positioning Systems (GPS) with FC 200 controllers with One Point Horizontal and Vertical Localization, 4 Geodimeter Robotic Total Stations and 4 Geodimeter Manual Total Stations. Sunde Land Surveying has the personnel and equipment capabilities for 8 field crews. We use the latest technology for the fastest and most accurate data so we may service your project in the most cost effective manor. We also own a canoe, boat and ATV that may be used on any site to maximize our time and effectiveness on a project.
In the office, we are currently using AutoCad Land Desktop 2007 and have the capability of using AutoCad Land Desktop 2009. We can provide this information by Adobe .pdf, .dwg file or an earlier version of AutoCad .dwg format also. Our GIS system uses ESRI products.
Sunde Land Surveying, LLC has the ability to print in color along with the normal black and white prints. We have also done color blocking which is an easy way to show ownership of parcels.
