PLS is also licensed in Wisconsin and South Dakota.

Mark has over 37 years of experience in the land surveying industry and 35 years at Sunde Land Surveying. He oversees the field and office departments, actively participates in boundary surveys and client consultations to determine what is needed to get a project done. Mark is the leader of planning for future equipment and software purchases needed to keep Sunde Land Surveying on the leading edge of the industry.
Mark started as a Field Crew Chief in 1975, promoted to Project Manager & Field Supervisor then became a Senior Vice President/Principal in 1998 and President in 2008.

 Arlee
J. Carlson, PLS, Principal
Arlee has been in the land surveying field for over 26 years specializing in construction and field operations. He manages the field scheduling, actively participates in boundary survey analysis, field equipment maintenance and purchasing. Arlee is involved in construction project management, client consultation and hands-on field project management.
Arlee has worked as a Field Crew Chief & Field Supervisor prior to becoming Principal and Vice President in 2008.
Arlee is currently working on the coursework to become a Certified Federal Surveyor (CFedS).

 Lenny
F. Carlson, PLS, Principal
Lenny has been in the land surveying business for over 26 years and has experience with Minnesota, Wisconsin and South Dakota land surveying practices. His duties include project office coordination, office personnel management, computer systems administration, buying and purchasing office and field software and equipment.
Lenny has worked as a Field Crew Chief & Senior CAD Technician prior to becoming a Principal and Vice President in 2008.
Lenny is the current President Elect for the Metro Chapter 6 of the Minnesota Professional Land Surveyors Association.

P. Murphy, PLS
Ron Murphy, PLS was the owner of Comstock and
Davis and joined Sunde Land Surveying when Comstock
and Davis was purchased in November 2006. He
has been a land surveyor for over 50 years and
a contributor to many land surveying publications.
